Geneva International Exhibition | 2025
Dr. Bing Ji, Mr. Qianrui Liu, and Prof. Hongbiao Dong have won two Silver Medals at the 50th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions for their outstanding innovations:
🏆 A Digitally Manufactured Compact Multi-Channel Rogowski Coil System for Multichip Power Electronics Modules
🏆 An Automated 10 kV Partial Discharge Testing Platform with EMI Shielding and Scalability for High-Voltage SiC Modules
We also warmly congratulate Mr. Qianrui Liu, our Student Branch Vice Chair and DLI alumnus, who has been awarded a DUT PhD scholarship to pursue his research at the Advanced Centre for Intelligent Power Electronics and Drives (ACIPED), University of Leicester. His work focuses on Reliability and Intelligence in Power Electronics (RIPE) Technologies for Next-Generation Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) Vehicles.
